The department has strength of four teaching staff headed by Dr. (Smt.) Asha Yadav. The department provides facilities for learning Indian, Asian, World and European History at undergraduate level. Learning can be performed in Ancient Indian History, World History and Modern Indian History under post graduate level. The department also facilities its students to research on Medieval and Modern History.
