The college considers that regardless of a person's caste, creed, socioeconomic rank or gender, the ideals of justice, humanism, and dignity should be applied. Therefore, in accordance with the college’s mission and in compliance with the National Commission for Women's guidelines and the Supreme Court's judgement on the issue of sexual harassment of women at work, an internal complaints committee was established to consider the claims of sexual harassment made by female staff members and students.
