Department of Management was established in its present form in the year 2009, beginning with Graduate program in Business Administration (BBA) under the aegis of Multanimal Modi Post Graduate College. The Institute was started as a part of the Department of Commerce & Business Administration of the College, and has grown to be a full-fledged management department. Currently, The Department of Management offer full time professional Graduate Program in Business Administration (BBA, 6 semester), affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (Uttar Pradesh).
BBA PROGRAMME
BBA- Three Year Full Time Programme is designed with the objective of developing young men and women into highly adapt professional managers, capable of working in diverse sectors, continuously striving for excellence in performance, while propagating thought leadership and contributing to the welfare of the society at large. The curriculum of the continuously evolving BBA- three year full time programme rests on two pillars: one, providing a strong analytical foundation in key functional areas and the other, enabling a high degree of academic flexibility, thereby allowing students to customize their BBA experience. The first and second year introduces students to the essential models and tools, with a focus on rigorous training in the diverse discipline in management and the development of a strong foundation of business knowledge and management theory. In the third year, the students decide on their professional development plans by reflecting on their first and second year’s learning and experience. After three years of 360 degree learning, the students move on to realize their dreams in the business world, higher studies and civil services.
The programme nurtures and develops business leaders with personalized care and attention, in small work groups and teams in a practical, application-oriented environment. At Department the BBA course structure is closely aligned with the contemporary business requirement. The focus is on producing entrepreneur with the sound fundamentals to hit the ground running when they enter in business. The programme empowers to the students to demonstrate the ability to the innovate, the ability to execute the most daunting challenges in the most trying of circumstances, the ability to create synergies amongst the most diverse set of variables and the ability to continuously, learn, improvise, adapt, energize, excel and grow.
B.Com. PROGRAMME
The department of Commerce is one of the best deparment of the college. A team of teaching staff performs all academic activities of the deparment. The department is making upwards strides under the able guidance of Head of the department, Mr. Amit Tyagi
Technological Resources
Department of Management has technology resources and facilities for faculties and students. Department is fully Wi-Fi enabled where students can access live database, Online journals and the World Wide Web. The Department has dedicated computer Labs for students where they can access online resources, keep themselves updated with day- to- day development and also assist themselves in studies. The Department equipped with a variety of software system such as SPSS, E views, Corel draw, RDBMS, Oracle Visual basic, and Visual C++ etc. Business Simulation and games on Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management are available to the students. The Department also equipped with state- of – the- art video conferencing facility.
The department came into existence in 2009, the department has been importing quality education to its students with a high conistency. The department has following highly qualified and experienced faculty.
